Shipping policy

Shipping Fee
Product price as listed doesn't include shipping fee unless specified. Shipping fee will be only quoted upon item is ready to ship. We do not charge additional fee on shipping. All quoted fee is vary depend on the courier service provider chosen.

Change of Shipping Address
We do not accept change of delivery address that is different from billing / shipping information specified in payment details such as paypal payment details and paypal invoice.

Shipping Risk
That is always some possibility of item being damaged during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended to use more reputable courier service with insured with at least shipping fee covered.

Our preferable courier service is, but not limited to DHL especially for big parcels.

However, if you prefer to use other courier service due to cost concern or any other reasons. Please bare in mind that, we are not responsible for any defective / damages

Customs Clearance and Taxes
You will be responsible to ensure any fee and taxes are made on time during customs clearance, and arrange to collect upon item delivered. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if your item is returned to origin by courier after 14 days since item is hold by customs

Item Is Not Yet Received
You are required to report Item is not yet received has to be reported within 21 days once item is shipped. We will work together to check with courier to get the shipping status. Any report after 21 days will not be entertained.
